Order Processing Time
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that during peak seasons, such as holidays or major sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States, as well as Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories. At this time, lapswimwear.com does not ship to international addresses outside of these regions. We are always evaluating new shipping destinations, so please check back in the future if you live outside our current service area.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. The estimated delivery times below include both order processing time and transit time.
Please remember that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or carrier delays. Lap Swimwear is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped from lapswimwear.com, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please allow a few hours after receiving the shipping confirmation for the tracking information to update.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder. If it is still not there, you may contact us through your account on lapswimwear.com using the online message centre.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products sold on lapswimwear.com may have additional shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or hazardous materials. We will notify you during checkout if any item in your cart cannot be shipped to your selected address. Additionally, we do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday delivery. Please plan your orders accordingly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lap Swimwear is committed to ensuring your order reaches you. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location where someone is available to receive the delivery. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will cooperate with you and the carrier as needed to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If you realize that you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately through your account on lapswimwear.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order is processed. However, once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order.
Damaged or Lost in Transit
Although we take great care to package your items securely, damage during transit can occasionally occur. If you receive a package that appears damaged, please do not refuse delivery. Instead, accept the package and contact us immediately through your account on lapswimwear.com using the online message centre. Please attach clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product itself. A member of our team will review the details and offer the best resolution.
If your order is lost in transit according to the carrier’s tracking information, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work to make sure you receive your order or a full refund.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to lapswimwear.com because the carrier was unable to deliver it (for example, due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts), we will notify you. You may choose to have the package re-shipped to a corrected address. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Holidays and Weather Delays
During peak holiday seasons or severe weather events, shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside our control. Lap Swimwear will not be held responsible for such delays, but we will communicate any known carrier disruptions to you as soon as possible.
